It all began on August 1, 2019, when the Palmetto Literacy Council first opened its doors, but in reality, the work began in the months prior—and what an immense amount of work it was (and still is).

It all took place Saturday, June 8, 2024 – the culmination of months of planning – at the PLC Fourth Annual Golf Scramble, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser. Read on for the story and lots of photos.
